This year's word is my gentle reminder to reassess priorities and make mindful choices for a more fruitful future.

I often choose a word of the year to help envision what I’d like to see happen in my business and personal life. I make plans and dreams around the word and then check in to see how I did at the end of the year. It’s rather fun to think about what I’d like the year to bring.
