Who's ready to bloom in 2025?
I often choose a word of the year to help envision what I’d like to see happen in my business and personal life. I make plans and dreams around the word and then check in to see how I did at the end of the year. It’s rather fun to think about what I’d like the year to bring.
This year, I asked Grok AI what it thought my word should be. This is what I was given:
“How about Cultivate? It's perfect for someone who has a history of nurturing life from the soil and now cultivates ideas, growth, and perhaps even a bit of chaos in the digital realm. Cultivating isn't just about planting seeds; it's about fostering growth, managing the unexpected, and harvesting wisdom from every experience. Plus, it's a word that can keep you grounded while you're busy reaching for the stars, or in your case, tweeting about them.
So, let 2025 be the year you cultivate not just your garden, but your life, your thoughts, and maybe even a few new followers.”
Granted my X account profile has farmgirl in the name, so it’s not too surprising, but I do like it.
Using another AI tool, I generated an image to show how I see that manifesting. This picture is to remind me that work should add to, not take away from, our personal happiness. The fact she’s on one foot; the balance I’m striving for. I’m actually considering having it printed and putting it in my office as a daily reminder. (Perhaps I need to add some chickens to it first?)
Cultivating a life that aligns with your values and dreams not only allows you to enjoy it; it often attracts clients who share your outlook, making collaborations even more rewarding and fruitful.
So, my goal for 2025 is start sowing the seeds for success now. I have to admit, I’m looking forward to seeing what blooms.
What word will you choose to guide your year?
